Daily menu for the children
We are what we eat!
A healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind. At PMI we take great care in children’s nutrition. To add an international flavour we introduce different healthy and delicious food from different countries. Parents are most welcome to share their child’s favourite dish with us and we would certainly introduce it with the other children if it meets certain criteria.

Guidelines for Menu
  • At least 1 glass (250ml)/30g of milk powder per day.
  • 1/2 -1 serving of fruit per day
  • 1/2 -1 serving of vegetables per day
  • sweetened dishes/desserts with no more than 8g sugar per 100ml
  • lean cuts of meat /poultry served with skin removed
  • deep-fried foods no more than once a week
